At the center of his world was the woman he loved—his partner, his biggest supporter, and the dreamer with a bold vision. Not only was she passionate about food, but she was also an incredibly talented chef. She wasn’t just dreaming of a restaurant; she was dreaming of a place where people could come together, share incredible food, and create memories. Knowing the risks, knowing the challenges ahead, he did what he had always done—he leaped into the fire.

Together, they built Station16, not just as a restaurant, but as a reflection of their journey—one of sacrifice, commitment, and love.
