Fine Print
MENU
Depending on your party size, a family-style Prix fixe menu may be required. Our large parties coordinator will work with you to make your gathering a great success.
GUEST COUNT
For all parties, attendance must be confirmed 7 days in advance of the gathering date. This number will be considered your guaranteed final guest count. Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis and are confirmed when a deposit is received.
BEVERAGES
Unless specified in the contract, all beverages including wine, liquor, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea are available at an additional cost. We offer hosted and non-hosted beverage options.
OUTSIDE DESSERTS
A dessert fee of $3 per guest will be charged for desserts brought in from an outside vendor.
TAX
8.75% tax will be added to all fees and gratuities.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due at the end of gathering unless pre-paid in advance.
GRATUITY & FEES
Automatic gratuity is 20%. Station 16 is committed to a healthy and productive workplace.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Audio/Visual, rentals, floral arrangements, valet, and other services are available upon request.
